The General Agency contracts with and services Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Univera Healthcare brokers with fewer than 150 contracts, and their clients.

We provide them with:

  • Access to NYS licensed staff Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • Knowledgeable staff in all market segments (Experience Rated, Community Rated, Individual, and Medicare)
  • Friendly and professional service
  • Insurer interface to help navigate the carriers’ intricate systems
  • Review of paperwork prior to submission to avoid any unnecessary delays
  • Advocacy on the brokers and clients behalf with the carrier
  • Prompt and accurate commission payment
